Borderlands, Borderlands, and more Borderlands! Gearbox didn't pull any stops during their panel at Pax: East 2019 today, showing a plethora of both indie and Borderlands content. It's true that Randy, CEO of Gearbox, may have been having a bit too much fun with the crowd by stringing them along for awhile. There were also several technical difficulties as gearbox scrambled to show their Borderlands trailers without disruption, but what we got- did NOT disappoint.

Borderlands: Tiny Tina's Robot Tea Party

A new Borderlands tabletop card game was shown at the event and Randy Pitchford himself went through the Manuel and cards on stage. Not the most exciting reveal, but alas still very cool. I am sure many big Borderlands fans will grab this cool little card game- including myself.

Borderlands VR: DLC Update

You know what made many fans confused? The lack of any expansion content with the release of Borderlands VR. You what what made a lot of people joyous, including myself? Borderlands VR will be getting an update this summer that adds all possible add-on content to the game- FOR FREE. Cheers to that my fellow VRians.

Borderlands: GOTY Remastered

I wrote an article several days back that theorized what we could be getting if a remaster of the original Borderlands came to fruition. Well it has and I am absolutely HYPED for this remastered title. The original Borderlands holds a special place in my gaming heart. This version of the game is everything I could ever hope for. 4K visuals, 4-player Co-op support, new customization options, and more! This version is also the “Game of the Year” edition so it comes with all released DLC. On top of all this the game is priced at $30 USD, what a steal!

Borderlands 3

At long last the third mainline title in the Borderlands series has been announced: Borderlands 3. The game looks nothing short of amazing. The visuals, world, characters, variety, and signature Borderlands style is all here and the amount of content seems mountainous! To try and summarize it all in a few sentences… The villains look awesome and intriguing, there are more guns and gun variety than ever before, there will be multiple worlds to explore, 4 new vault hunters enter the fray and their abilities look absolutely sick, a bunch of old characters are back and a few new ones are introduced as well, vehicles look like they're playing a slightly bigger part, and the game simply looks great with a even further refined crisp stylized look. I am, of course, undeniable hyped for Borderlands 3.
